Kettlebell Burn (Ashton Park School)

 

Don’t be left wondering what to do with your kettlebell, follow our ongoing progressive program and get the results you’re looking for!

  • Monday 7-8pm
  • Wednesday 7-8pm
  • Friday 6-7pm

Lifters club (BKC Gym)

The lifters club is our barbell training group, learn how to safely and effectively lift heavy weights for maximum strength and muscle gain.
