Spread over 4 weeks, you will be coached through fool proof drills to ensure safe and efficient technique, and be put through some short workouts to build your strength and fitness.
Exercises taught in this course:
- Swings and variations
- Turkish get up
- Military press
- Goblet squat
Plus a handful of more basic exercises and the double bell versions of all the above.
