WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

We train and practice the skill of movement and strength, this is different to simply "working out", which implies to exhaust yourself just for the sake of it.

The latter is a road to de-motivation. You will be forever spinning your wheels if your training does not have purpose.

Our training has focus, its progressive, you move forward, developing your strength, endurance, stamina and building lean muscle along the way, much like how an athlete trains.

Without this distinction, exercise can become stale and eventually go off the boil.

Monday 7-8pm, Wednesday 7-8pm, Friday - 6-7pm.

Monday 7-8pm, Tuesday 7-8pm, Thursday 7-8pm! Saturday - 9-10am.

SOUTHMEAD

Tuesday 7-8pm, Thursday 7-8pm, Saturday - 9-10am.
