The founder and director of the Bristol Kettlebell club is Peter Luffman, a personal trainer with 6 years experience, Pete has built the club starting with 1 class per week in Portishead to the multiple classes, bootcamps, workshops and other services available today. Pete developed a passion for weight training as a young man of 22, his initial interest was bodybuilding, but after embarking on a career as a personal trainer he discovered kettle bells and strength training, he hasn’t looked back since. Pete has studied and learnt from the best the industry has to offer, and is certified through Strongfirst, Precision Nutrition, GB Fitness, NABBA, Primal move, Metabolic Effect, and Dax Moy Academy. Over the years working as a one to one personal trainer, Pete he has refined his approach, filtering out the noise and confusion to deliver a fool proof easy to follow guide to achieving a lean strong body. The results speak for themselves. When he’s not writing programs, or coaching training and nutrition, Pete likes to ride his mountain bike, travel, or spend time with friends and family.

    Clare is a qualified Strong First Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor and has taught with Bristol Kettlebell Club since May 2014.  She joined BKC in June 2011 and experienced such a major transformation in her own body’s strength, tone and fitness that kettlebells quickly became a passion.Having previously struggled to maintain her weight and levels of fitness, Clare’s empathy and understanding is integral to her passion as an instructor.  She has an innate dislike for boring workouts and believes in making fitness fun. Clare promises that you will leave her classes stronger and with a smile on your face.
