The Bristol Kettlebell Club charity swing challenge will take place throughout the month of February! Cost to enter the event is a minimum of £5, but you can donate as much as you want.
All money raised will go to the Nicola Corry Support Foundation.
The charity was set up by Claire Bullock and Julie Haydon, who both train at BKC. Claire’s sister was diagnosed with cancer shortly after giving birth to her son Alfie, and later sadly lost her fight to cancer.
The charity work tirelessly to raise money for families affected by cancer and raise thousands of pounds every year.

Throughout February we are challenging you to complete 3k, 5k or 10k swings. Both in class and at home! Classes will be planned to allow maximum swings to take place. Either 300, 400 or 500.

To compete 5000 swings you will need to aim for 3 classes a week and each session will complete around 400 swings!

Not only will you be raising money for a worthwhile charity but you will burn calories in the process and shed fat.

This type of training volume will set your metabolism on fire, expect to go in a belt notch or two and dramatically increase your total body strength and fitness!

If you are looking for a method to kick start your physique transformation, this is it!!

Anyone taking part will receive a calendar to log the number of swings you complete. Once your number is hit you go into a prize draw to win a pair of kettlebells, up to 20kg. (download this in the Facebook group or contact me and I’ll email it to you)

The culmination of the challenge will take place at Gordano on Saturday 25th February 9-10am, we have arranged for the local press to be there and some club members will be bringing “healthy” cakes and other goodies to sell in order to bump up our total!

We would love for as many of you as possible to complete your final swings with us here and make this an event to remember!

We are aiming to raise £500 and hope you will join us.

The first session kicks off Monday 30th January.
