I want to join the kettlebell class, what do I do?

To join the kettlebell classes, you must first attend beginner sessions to learn correct technique. When we get you to the point of having a nice, crisp, powerful swing, you can advance to the main classes.  

I want to join the barbell strength sessions, what do I do?  

There is no pre-requisite to joining these session, you can simply buy a block of sessions, do a drop in session, or sign up to a monthly membership and start training today. 

Open an account with Team up to book sessions. 

Once you’ve set up your account with Team up, log in and use the different options on the menu to view the schedule and book or buy a membership. 


Unlimited kettlebell classes – £45pm  

PAYG Kettlebell classes – £6.50-7 per class 

Barbell training – £75-99pm 

Barbell PAYG – £10 per session  

Nutrition coaching – £99pm
