Kettlebell training involves swinging, squatting and lifting these cannon ball shaped weights.
It would be completely negligent of us to not ensure you can do this properly and safely before you come to our classes at Ashton park school.
Even if you have prior experience we’d like you to come to our beginner sessions first. Good technique is paramount, once you can demonstrate this in the basic movements you can join the classes at Ashton park school.
