I want to join the kettlebell class at Ashton, what do I do?
We teach and use the Russian Hardstyle method, so all new trainees must come to a beginners class before coming to regular classes. This is very much a one to one technique session to cover the basics. Max group size in the class is 3 people.
You can bypass the beginners session if you’ve trained with an SFG qualified instructor. If this is the case, please use the contact form and give details of where you were taught.
Beginners sessions are on Saturday mornings at 11am. If this time isn’t suitable, please book a 1-2-1 training session at a time of your convenience. Use the contact form and ask for a 1-2-1 session.
I want to join the Small Group Training sessions, what do I do?
There is no pre-requisite to joining these session, you can simply buy a block of sessions, do a drop in session, or sign up to a monthly membership and start training today.
