I want to join the kettlebell class, what do I do?
To join the kettlebell classes, you must first attend beginner sessions to learn correct technique. After showing that you can swing the kettlebell correctly, you can advance to the main classes.
I want to join the barbell strength sessions, what do I do?
There is no pre-requisite to joining these session, you can simply buy a block of sessions, do a drop in session, or sign up to a monthly membership and start training today.

Once you’ve set up your account with Team up, log in and use the different options on the menu to view the schedule and book or buy a membership.
