AMRAP – As many rounds as possible
Time efficient, metabolic kettlebell workouts.
Here are some great single bell AMRAPS for those of you with little time to get a session in.
Always warm up with some pump stretch, mobility exercises, and light get ups, goblets squats or swings.
Once warmed up, give these a try!
1 Get up each side
5 Goblet squats
10 Two handed swings
As many rounds as possible in 10-20 mins
5 Clean and press each side
5 Goblet squat
5 snatch each side
As many rounds as possible in 10-20 mins
5 Cleans each side
5 Goblet squats
10 Two handed swings
As many rounds as possible in 10-20 mins
5 Push ups
5 Single leg deadlift each side
10 Two handed swings
As many rounds as possible in 10-20 mins
5 Push presses each side
5 High pulls each side
10 Two handed swings
As many rounds as possible in 10-20 mins
Cool down with some core exercises, planks or kb sit ups, and some light stretching.
