This is a great replacement for rice and is super easy to make.




1. Grate one large cauliflower into a bowl.

2. Heat some coconut oil in a pan, and add the grated cauli.

3. Stir continuously for 5 mins or until it is soft.




Cauliflower is hugely nutrient dense and low in calories so don’t feel guilty about going to town on this stuff.

If you are not a fan of cauliflower don’t worry, its completely different to eating an actual cauliflower.

What flavour there is is usally masked by what you have with it anyway.
