Last week our members had their third attempt at the infamous secret service snatch test. The test is to snatch a kettlebell as many as times as possible inside ten minutes. 27 took part and pushed their strength and conditioning to heights they never thought possible.

Lots of members moving up in weight categories which is very encouraging to see, and some new members scoring very well for the first ever attempt at this.

So Conway Leamen still remains the man to beat with an amazing 197 reps with the 24kg bell. Just below in the 16kg category we definitely have some that are ready to take on the 20kg bell, the top 5 lads should all be having a bash at it next time.

The ladies division has been very eventful with Linda Mcentee dropping from 1st to 3rd, Sam Murray climbing up four spots and into 1st place with an amazing 31 rep increase on her previous score, Agneta Forsberg drops into 2nd place but with a very respectable 10 rep increase on her previous best.

The top 5 in all categories should consider moving up in weight next time provided training has been consistent. That should make for a very interesting new leader board in August.
