Ok, so this is not going to compare to your favourite pizza restaurant by any means, fortunately though this version will satisfy a craving for something naughty but yet be a much better option than most things you might go! Furthermore, you can load this puppy up with tons of your favourite meats and veggies to ensure lean tissue support whilst in a calorie deficit.

 

Here’s the ingredients I use but feel free to use whatever meats/veggies you like.

 

  • 1 Whole wheat tortilla
  • Sliced onion
  • Half a sliced pepper
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Spinach
  • Meat of your choice – chicken, beef, ham, or tuna works well.
  • Handful of grated mozzarella
  • Tomato puree
  • Oregano

Method

It couldn’t be simpler! Slap a tortilla onto a baking sheet, spread your puree on, decorate with your veggies, meat, oregano and mozzarella, slide underneath the grill until crispy on the edges, shouldn’t take more than ten mins!

Macros

Most tortillas are around 30g of carbs, a chicken breast is about 30g of protein, and veggies of course are free! So this pizza might not fill you up for a main meal, but they are great for a light lunch or snack.
