• 3 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic (finely chopped)
  • Handful of Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Pound Turkey mince
  • 1 Egg


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Slice off the tops of the peppers and discard them. Clean out seeds. Cut them in half and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Place the turkey mince in a bowl; stir in garlic, parsley, and egg.
  4. Fill pepper halves with ground meat mix.
  5. Cook at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
