- 3 Bell Peppers
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic (finely chopped)
- Handful of Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 1 Pound Turkey mince
- 1 Egg
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Slice off the tops of the peppers and discard them. Clean out seeds. Cut them in half and place on a baking sheet.
- Place the turkey mince in a bowl; stir in garlic, parsley, and egg.
- Fill pepper halves with ground meat mix.
- Cook at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
